Five Star High Intensity Interval Training guarantees you will get drenched in your own sweat. The class will challenge you to do plyometrics, agility and coordination, strength, and core work with only your body weight. Progression workouts into anaerobic exercises to help you burn more calories after you’re done working out. The average person burns between 500 – 1000 calories in a single class.

Sculpt/Tone

Sculpt/Tone

Focus on Core, Glutes, Abs, Thighs, and Back. Sculpt and Tone your body interval training that will help you maintain your tone physique.

Body Shred

Five Star Pump

Total-body sculpting, plus a touch of cardio core. We’ll do 2 sets of compound movements followed by core-focused intervals. All you need is a set of dumbbells.

Cardio and Strength Endurance Training that will challenge you to improve your lung capacity.

Recovery

Foam Roll: This full body release session with foam rollers and balls let’s you work on all of your trigger points and leaves you feeling restored, relaxed, and better ready to face all the stress the world throws at your body daily.

Mobility: Mobility poses which will relieve tension help repair your body from past workouts. Recovery is important and coaches teach you a number of basic moves that you can use anytime, anywhere.

Understanding the basic macro-nutrients to help you fuel your body to train and recover. Learn how to select good options and understand your caloric intake.

The primary focus of your System is to lose weight. You will accomplish this by hitting 3 cardio classes in addition to your strength/sculpt tone.
